Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Some products have a 5 days return window(for such products return window is mentioned on the product page).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return can only be done incase we do not have any replacement product to send i.e. the product is out of stock. If customer do not wish to take replacement product, he can request for any other product of same value or coupon of same value.

We ship the orders on the next working day. In some cases it may take upto 48 hours. For Customer living in Metros and Tier-1 cities products will get delivered within 5 working days, and for the rest of India they make take upto 7 working days.
Delivery of products is however, limited to certain pin-code/locations. For more information on delivery locations of products, you can contact us. You will get updated status of shipment at its each stage from order is placed to, processes to, ready to ship to, dispatch to deliver.

How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive a whatsapp message and an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination, Max 3 delivering attempts will be made. You will be asked to schedule re-attemps through Whatsapp message. You can select date and time based on your time preference.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you have paid for an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 10 days of receiving the purchase, you can ask us for:
A full refund if the product wasn't delivered (I.e. the shipping company received the product from us, but did not deliver it to the customer);A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address)
All Product is backed by a 10-day money-back guarantee. Please send us an email on the Contact Us page or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund your purchase price.
How can I return products for a refund or replacement?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it for a replacement or refund. Please note that returns are made at your expense under the following circumstances:
The product is as described, but you’re not satisfied with it for personal reasons (e.g. you don’t like its color or size);The product arrived as described but was broken due to your fault (during improper installation or use);The product arrived damaged due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. package damaged by a natural disaster).
